Nagas should avoid an area wise mentality in this modern generation. And one thing, forget about non local even I know most of your people look at other tribes as threads. You're Naga but your mentality is different from other Naga tribes.

Any district where one particular tribe has more hold in executing certain laws passed by the government or administration has more advantage than those few district which has no single tribe as sole stake holder. I really appreciate AYo for taking such initiative. We Naga people must also restrain from buying things on Sunday. We should set example but what I often encounter is that we the naga christian are the one who is always encouraging them to open on Sunday.
Absolutely..! Selling alcohol on Sundays,?? Who cares ... Let’s all raise a toast to the freedom of choice. Because clearly, it’s not like alcohol consumption has any potential negative consequences. After all, responsible drinking is definitely everyone’s top priority. And hey, why limit it to certain days when we can have a party every day of the week? Cheers to those who believe that people who drink will always find a way to get their hands on alcohol no matter what. Because who needs rules and restrictions when it comes to something as harmless as alcohol, right?
Atleast the vegetable shop and pharmacy should be given permission to open, its an open truth that everyone will buy from them if needed ...the people who are checking this as well
Creating awareness and sensitizing is appreciated. Closure of shops and restaurants for residents of Kohima is fine but we have to think for tourists and travellers also. We need to consider for emergency needs. In one way we can also provide a safer and more pleasant shopping experience by distributing shopping over seven days which can even reduce congestions. The elected Councillors should carefully consider the matter concerning the closure of shops on sundays, taking into account that aligns with best interests of the community as a whole.
Ok there is problem on opening shop on Sunday but what those shop selling liquor and alcohol in an around kohima city?? Do those people have Guts to shut down those establishment ?? Let's talk real here
