Those are some big beasts, glad they're doing well! I recently resuscitated an elderly gopro 3 for investigating the bottom of my pond to check the bottom drain was working OK. After 10 years, or so, literally the first time its selfie stick was used was to investigate fish poo.
And a massive congratulations to you for reaching 8 k + subscribers so yes you deserve a couple of new Koi or maybe three after cutting the grass..jet washing the patio and with all the paintwork you done 👍👍

pressure washer really makes everything look better. That is one big ass measuring bowl. Need to varnish the sleepers round the pond once its dry enough and warm enough.
TBH I'd rather salt dip the fish as a precaution before adding to the pond at 3oz to the gallon for 10 -15mins as the PP is a harsh dip that is only for a couple of mins.
My readings a couple of weeks ago were - PH 7.5. KH 7.0. my tap water is - PH 7.0 KH 6. I don't have trickle in/out, could do 30% water change. All this rain isn't helping 😕. Thanks for your quick reply. Gwen 🧓
So o major change then but as you say the rain won't be helping... You KH is in a better place in my opinion than it was. No need to action as yet then. Try testing some rain water just to see what the weather is putting in your pond? 🤔😉
When you mentioned you had a delivery I was expecting you to walk outside of the front of your house to see RU-vid had delivered you a RNLI boat for your safety around the pond 🚤 😂👍
Hi Alan, I'm here again with another question? I've had a drop in both my PH and KH, my KH is now 4, my PH is 7 would you recommend someone bicarbonate of soda or leave and keep an eye on it 🤔. Gwen 🧓
Hiya, what were they before? Have you tested your tap water for PH and KH as you could use that instead of Bicarb to increase. Both levels aren't in any danger levels at the moment. Rain doesn't help as that can change those levels..
