And I hope if Koil goes to court (all prepared), the judges do what they've been doing to CG: don't listen, use their deliberation time to come up with a sentence they feel is fair, then give their decision while saying buzz words like "letter of the law." Because at the end of the day, the reason this city is trash is because of the judicial system. Not the cops, but the judges and the chief justice. If the judges weren't trash then cop BS would be stopped in its tracks.

The way the law is written keeps saying Los Santos. Los Santos is the city area. His argument is that the laws only apply to Los Santos as it was written. If they want the laws to be applied to the whole map, it should be written as the state of San Andreas. Because if they say Los Santos is a state, the desert area is a state. Grapeseed is a state, paleto is also a state. So the mayor/commissioner has no jurisdiction to anything outside the city
Los Santos is the city so all this means is everything outside the city is lawless atm even if max is working on behalf of the state he is doing so through the commissioner roll who only has Authority over the DP within the city. Fun side note the Sheriff's office is technically an occupying force ATM as they dont have jurisdiction in sandy. This also means the charge Koil is facing makes no sense as he was arrested out of the city and nowhere does it mention that the state troopers were disbanded so he by the letter of the law and legislation is the only force able to work at a state level and because the mayor and PD collectively arrested and prosecuted a State level employee outside their jurisdiction they are the ones who committed Treason
