Don’t know about that one. I just think it’s the way they carry themselves. If Muzan carried himself like Kokushibo he’d be far scarier as he is stronger but he acts the way he does to be calculating and charismatic in an almost sociopathic type manner
I think the reason that kokushibo has 6 eyes is to become better than yorichi as even the doll that was made after yorichi had 6 arms to recreate his movements so it only makes sense that kokushibo has 6 eyes to analyze yorichi's movements
