जिल्ह्यात पाऊस धुमाकूळ घालत आहे. यामुळे पंचगंगा नदीच्या पाणी पातळीतही झपाट्याने वाढ होत असल्याने यंत्रणा देखील हाय अलर्टवर गेली आहे. पंचगंगा नदीची वाटचाल सध्या इशारा पातळीकडे सुरू असून पंचगंगेची पाणी पातळी ३५ फूट ६ इंचवर पोहोचली आहे. जिल्ह्यातील एकूण ६८ बंधारे पाण्याखाली गेले आहेत. तर दोन दिवसापूर्वीच पंचगंगा घाट येथे पाणी पात्राबाहेर पडल्याने आजूबाजूच्या परिसरात पाणी शिरत असून संत गतीने पाणी पातळीत वाढ होत आहे. यामुळे यंत्रणा ही सतर्क झाली आहे.

Two days ago, due to the leakage of water from the tank in Panchganga Ghat, water is entering the surrounding area and the water level is increasing rapidly. This has alerted the system.
