Misal Pav is a popular street food of Maharashtra comprising of misal (sprouts) topped with farsan, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes and served with pav (dinner rolls). Misal Pav is such a versatile recipe that you can have it for breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner. There are different versions of misal pav such as kolhapuri misal, khandeshi misal, puneri misal, etc. The spicy misal compliments the pav perfectly and is one of my most favourite recipes to cook for my friends and family. This is a perfect monsoon recipe and any trip to Lonavala or any of the hill stations in Maharashtra is incomplete without Misal Pav. In this video, I am sharing with you the kolhapuri version of misal which is really spicy and tastes absolutely delicious.
