Chicken Stew Recipe with Potatoes and Carrots | How to make Easy and Healthy Chicken Stew Recipe at Home
Join me in this comforting journey as we simmer succulent chicken pieces with hearty vegetables in a fragrant broth, creating the ultimate soul-warming chicken stew. Let's elevate your comfort food game with this delicious and easy-to-follow chicken stew recipe!
Ingredients:
Chicken: 600 gms
Papaya, Potato, Sweet Potato, Carrot, Capsicum, Beans, Tomato
Cinnamon: 03-04 pcs
Black Pepper: 10-12 pcs
Cardamom: 04 pcs
Cloves: 05-06 pcs
Black Pepper Powder: 01 tbsp
Butter: 01 tbsp
Garlic (Chopped): 01 tbsp
Ginger (Chopped): 01 tbsp
Onion (Sliced): 01 medium sized
Process:
Heat oil in a pan. Fry cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, black pepper, chopped ginger, chopped garlic and sliced onion, for 02-03 mins. Add chicken and fry on high flame for 05-06 mins. Fry until the raw aroma of chicken is gone. Add potatoes, papaya and carrot and fry them together for 02-03 min on high flame. Add beans and fry for 02-03 mins. Add hot water and salt as per requirement. Cover & cook for 05-06 mins on high flame. Add capsicum and tomato. Cover and cook for 15-20 mins on low to medium flame. Add black pepper powder and butter. Cover it and switch off the gas. Serve it hot with bread.
