There should be no night duty for female doctors.The duty of female doctors should be from 9 a.m to 5 p.m and in no circumstances beyond 9.p.m. There must be .c c t.v cameras in and outside of hospitals. There must be women helpline mumbers. No one should be alliwed to enter into hospital without his/her personal search. No trainee female doctor be attached with a senior male doctor..special training must be imparted to girls as to how to tackle a given situation. There must be women cells with whoms the girls could discuss their problems.
If a doctor is brutalized this way by a fellow doctor, think about the female and the male patients that are hospitalised. What guarantee do you have what you go through???????
