Central Govt should dismiss WB Govt. President's rule is essential for minimum 1 year period to set right everything. If the SC's guidelines given in SRB case is not favourable, then better to choose any alternate way. Without powers a HM cannot keep the school in a right way. Without powers, a military General cannot keep the soldiers in a disciplined manner. Central Govt must have sufficient powers over the states to keep the L& O in a good condition. That too over the states which share the international boundary, central Govt must have more powers.
