West Bengal people want every thing should be government. But southern & western states doesn't believe government investment. Mindset to be improved.

@@jayantadeb5948 No, enlightened society like West Bengal and its people like peoples control on their society, thats why they opt for free (or subsidized) public sector in basic livelihood areas for example like Education, Health, Transportation and lost of good quality public sector jobs that suits their higher education and thinking and need. Because of the same reason the % of public sector jobs (i,e Govt Jobs) in advanced economies are as follows: France 30%, Sweden 29%, Israel 28%UK 22%, USA 17% Holland 20%, Denmark 32%, Switzerland 18%,. Same is true in West Bengal, just like advance economics nearly 35% Of West Bengal jobs are in Govt sector. While in rest of the India India it is merely 2%, it's like poor African countries. Usually People from backward societies can't exercise their own control on their life rather depends on few individual businesses to privide them. That happens in western and southern states (exception may be Kerala), where they have non-existing public service and good public sector jobs rather the economics is driven by few big private businesses. Those businesses create very low wage low quality jobs that pays peanuts and on top of that they don't pay any tax and thereby at the end govt don't have any money to provide public service and thereby everything is leased or sold to big private businesses. Similar thing happen to poor African countries. And also this is not at all mindset issue its a governance issue, a socsity withouts its peoples representation is doomed from beginning.
