"ja panische gesichter" : "ja" is just an extra word in german which doesnt add anything to the context its just for fullfilling the wordgame, it means something like "so". "panisch" means panic. and "gesichter" means faces. and both words combied "japanisch" means japanese. In context he says that all people make panic faces (probbably because they released this intro song for jbg3 which is known for dissing the whole rap scene in germany so every rapper is scared) like anime producers. And in germany its common that you make a wordgame and a "like" comparrison with a rhyme. Animeentwickler and (ja)panische Gesichter, rhymes pretty good.
