I don't really comment on any videos. But when I do, I make it worth my time. So, here we go: Among many good things, one aspect that is really appreciable about this channel is the use of *traditional clay-based vessels* as were used by our ancestors. It is a good reminder that even in this so-called modern technological world the way of life that we lead should be more close to what our ancestors practiced for 1000s of years. I have seen umpteen videos of self-proclaimed chefs where they use plastic items, non-stick pans etc. and cannot even speak completely in Tamil for the whole duration of the video. This channel is a goldmine for learning the traditions of Tamil people and how ecologically they lived. I wish good luck to you guys to keep up the good work and please try to share more authentic videos. The more authentic the better :)

The way you are preparing the food is very nice. No fancy non stick utensils, only traditional utensils. The rasam is so healthy and immunity booster. My home we prepare this.

I made this rasam for dinner tonight and it was delicious. This rasam consistency is little thicker than regular paruppu rasam. Hope that is the correct consistency. Thank you for the recipe. I am planning on trying few more recipes from your channel.
