I dont understand sir no right swing and left swing what do you mean continuous swing if not swing left and right, if you wanted to say is just no swing left and right, if there is swing brake solenoid check it, or try to heard the the load sound of swing meaning swing brake is not work or no power supply while you are trying to swing at any direction
