The Assyrian Community in Armenia numbers at about 3,000. They have their own community centers, most notably the Assyrian Center BetNahrain. Assyrian children are schooled to speak both Armenian, and their own Assyrian Aramaic Language.

As a Roman Catholic, I love it when Armenians say that they pray in God's native tongue. This is like an older brother beaming with pride at the accomplishments of his younger brother. May All Armenians stay strong in the faith.
