I also liked it. I more of a card collector than a palyer and i am also new to the game but i liked this set more than 2021 tin. I fall in love with the fabled achitype and also got many cool old cards i wanted. Also considering making a nutria deck. I think its a very good set for the casual players

As someone who collects for nostalgia and aesthetic, I feel like this set is pretty okay in the end! I'm a sucker for cards with nice art, and even the weird rarity still looks good, LOL. The DM cards are definitely in there to help it sell for sure. Props to whoever is on marketing

I actually like this set. I recently got into Edison format so this is great to pick up some of the synchro like mist wurm and armory arm and some staples like book of moon, skill drain and flamvell magician/firedog/guard and card trooper. Really nice to have ultra versions of the cards

The one card I’m really excited to get is Night Assailant to finally have a holo version that isn’t 100s also it’s nice to get some clean promos, I think the sets fun overall at best.

I'm glad they included the lore pamphlet. Lore makes the game come alive. That Book of Moon is beautiful! For me, aside from Red-Eyes, I think my favorite card in this set is Gungnir, Dragon of the Ice Barrier. He just looks so cool!

As weird as it sounds the main thing I like the most about this set is the dice lol the cards are cool but also seem so out of place as a whole. Like why is barrel dragon there lol I guess it’s just meant to be a nostalgic set more than anything

I wouldn’t say it’s exciting but there are some sweet upgrades. I definitely want that Paladin and the Night Assailant is a sweet looking card. Besides that I don’t have a ton of interest. Other than the special secrets I’m pretty sure all the cards will remain low value.

Hey Rux! My favourite card in the set is Dragunity Guisarme. I always love getting Dragunity support. I did want to bring up the reasoning behind this set. These prints allowed for older cards with outdated text to get Updated PSCT. I think that the value of these cards are exciting because of the amount of little interest of the set. Very little of this set will be opened making these cards unique and rare. I wanted to mention that this set DOES in fact suck because the Quality Control for the printing has gone from C- To F. For the cards missing the DT foiling, check the back of the cards in front of them. All to many cards are being printed damaged. Want to find value in this set? Get PSA 10 copies of the Dark Magician, Blue-Eyes, and Red-Eyes. A majority of the cards you pulled I would reckon were PSA 7. I love the dice though. You’re not wrong that they are A+

This set is really underwhelming, I remember putting a dollar in the DT machine at locals and getting so hype when it popped out a sick card. I honestly think they should have done another DT wave or something similar, we've lost a lot of the cool old charm from some of those products.

Got a couple packs of Hidden Arsenal Chapter 1 out of a Walmart Mystery Box last night. Never heard of the set, but was hyped pulling a Dark Magician out of both packs. It's a fun set to open. Thinking about snagging a case. Keep up the great work Ruxin!

My favorite cards from the set Are Winged Kuriboh, Winged Kuriboh Level 10, Elemental Hero Neos, Powertool Dragon, Formula Sychron, Pile Armed Dragon, Flame Wingman, Elemental Hero Shining Wingman, Red Eyes Black Dragon, Skill Drain, Blue Eyes White Dragon, Cyber Dragon, Buster Blader, And also the Dark Magician! But also the Dragunity, and also Ice Barrier cards are great too!

This is a pretty neat set. Lots of nostalgic cards. I'm a fan of the odd rarities like this and the pull rates seem really good! I could see the price of the cards in this set tanking with the high pull rates BUT if it doesn't sell well then they could end up being a little pricier.

I wasn't excited for this set but after seeing it opened I think it's actually good. The power tool promo seems like a bit short printed but otherwise the set has some really nice cards! Barrel dragon, dark paladin and the ice barrier trio are my favourites in here

4:55 Sam said something about this - Supposedly it was because a majority of the community didn't have or ever had access to the DT machines, making this the first time that they've ever had an opportunity to get them. Funny enough, my prime time for playing was around the Duel Academy Years Legendary Collection. And around that time Hidden Arsenal sets were popping off. So seeing the Naturia, Ice Barrier, Ally of Justice, and Dragunity archetypes are really nostalgic for me. This is a set that I'll probably get a few little boxes of simply for that nostalgia.

The Set is meant to be for those who wanna build the Archetypes again, mostly Dragunity could be a good one. I rahter would single buy the new Imports aka the Promos and the beautiful dice, which btw have the Archetype Logos on it (the Blue you saw was Ally of Justice, the Red was Flamewell,...).

Dark Magican, blue eyes etc are in there because they were in the original duel terminal set. The point of the set is to reprint both hidden arsenal and duel terminal, duel terminal just isn't in the name. They talk about it on the back of the box though.

There are a few nice reprints in this set but it will sell because everyone wants to get a play set of Skill Drain for the current format.

I really like the Duel Terminal rarity on Trishula and Skill Drain, it's nice seeing some cards get much needed reprints, and it's cool seeing an insert with the lore (which I wouldn't have a problem seeing in the future, especially for Structure Decks or something) and it's a cool idea for a set, but it's just an odd set. That said, there's definitely some big problems with the set. Not only is the box poorly done (I got one where the insert was crushed, causing the promo to be warped/bent), but the promos have nothing to do with Duel Terminal anyway. I would've loved to see them add support for each of the main archetypes (it wouldn't help, God knows they're beyond salvation, but still). There's also some duplicate weirdness (I got a playset of two of the promos from a display, and a few playsets of some DT Ultras and none of others.) Maybe I'm just a bit bitter about stuff like this replacing Special Editions, but when it's basically "here's reprints of some of the worst archetypes ever released," it just feels like adding insult to injury.

Anything in the duel terminal rarity is my favorite. I remember playing the duel terminal arcade game at my LGS in 2011 and opening hidden arsenal.

Favorite card from the set definitely has to be the three trio vanilla cards: Blue-Eyes, Red-Eyes and Dark Magician. :) Glad they started putting Red-Eyes' FULL NAME now on the reprints.

I personally like this set because the card shop I used to go to as a kid had a Duel Terminal and it was sooo much fun to play. All the cards in this set are from the Duel Terminal machines they used to have so it was mostly Hidden Arsenal Stuff but also fan favorites that’s why there’s DM and GX cards in this set. Favorite pull is Blue Eyes

Dark magician, red eyes,blue eyes and few other cards like goyo and cyber dragon are in this set because the first two release of the duel terminal machine per release as well as duel terminal 1 where hidden arsenal is from had those cards in the machine and you could only use the machine at official YCS tournaments only if I'm not mistaken, this happened all the way back in the 5Ds era of Yu-Gi-Oh so my mind is a little fuzzy but for a buck you would get a random DT card and the per release as well as DT 1 cards are worth some money now. Edit: I also like this set for the nostalgia factor but other then cyber dragons to replace my commons this set is passable for me

Part of the reason for the redo of dt rarity is because it’s now easier to obtain in other countries, I’m from the U.K. were the rarity wasn’t available with out buying from America with massive shipping

I definitely want a couple boxes of this. Flamvells were one of my favorite decks back in the day, even if I was playing a weird scuffed Grunika-centric burn variant. Glad to see he's a common. I'd also like to get... Well, most of the Dragunity cards and get a deck of them rolling. They were one of the earliest decks that felt similar to what modern YGO can feel like to me- some of their cards were one-card combos that could give you end boards of two synchros, but the catch is that I don't think they're especially great synchros lol. Also, I'm pretty sure that those DM and GX cards were in the original few DT sets, hence their inclusion here. They didn't just think "man, this set blows. put dark paladin in there!", they were genuinely in the old DT sets.

For me my favorite card is naturia cherries cause i remember back in high school when i was searching for this to add them to my naturia deck and because of that card i met one of my closest friends cause he traded me that before we even knew eachother so even if its bad it will always hold a special place in my heart

Skill Drain or Poly for me takes the cake for best card. I don't duel personally, but those die look great! I'm honestly not huge on the DT Rarity, reminds me of those old sleeves you'd get to make your cards look rare.

I actually really like this set. It's a great way for people to get DT versions of older DT foils that have gotten way too expensive. Not the greatest set of all time, but definitely has something for different people in the community. Maybe long term it'll have some value. Dark Paladin is my favorite of those Also, the Euro prints of the foils look way better than the NA versions.

Im liking the set dark paladin, dark magician, buster blader, kuriboh all are my favorites in this set and its looking like a legendary duelist season 2 type with 18 cards but instead of diffraction colors its special type of foils ( i spelled a few things wrong)

For those who don't know. You can actually rub off the dots with your fingers. You can make them look like normal ultras or commons. Don't know why you would, but just want to throw that info out there.

I like the DT rarity, it adds something kind of unique to the otherwise boring commons. Looks good on most ultra rares too. I also got formula synchron as a secret rare pretty pumped. My ultra rares were cool af. I got the original artwork ultra rare polymerization, dark paladin, blue eyes and red eyes. All that and some ultra rare dragunity and ice barrier stuff from two boxes. Pretty cool imo. Well worth like $18 per box

I bought this pack at target yesterday, pulled a lot of doubles in the SAME pack. It was cool though, first pack had a Cyber Dragon, Blue eyes, and a Barrel Dragon. I thought it was a real cool throwback! I needed a pristine blue eyes XD

I am actually excited for this set because I have been playing dragunities since the structure deck came out. Also, dragunities is one of the first decks I picked up to get back into the game during the 5D's era. So, I am excited for the new promo even though no dragunity player is going to play it but its nice to see new support for my favorite archetype, and I excited for the Dragunity Knight - Barcha reprint because I only have 1 copy and the card was expensive one point in time, the skill drain reprint, and the dice are cool too.

The only reason I can imagine why Konami made this set for 2022 is to give reprints for older cards now that they announced time wizard format. It gives cool upgrades to goat format and Edison format cards.

I like the duel terminal rarity. I agree with your criticisms tho. I like opening packs, but I was not super excited for this one. It might be fun in a sealed environment since they pretty much have the complete requirements for the summons plus staples. I’m going to get a couple boxes and hope for a skill drain. I have the LART version, but I wouldn’t mind a DT as well.
