At least the mitsus were badly worn bef the replacement so it makes sense for them to go

That door hold button issue has always been like that on most China made KONE elevators for some reason, unlike the European made ones where they would always work with a single press. There must be a way to make it work.

I believe you have to hold it down for a while then it will activate

Saw the keyswitch below the buttons were set to disabled.
