Tried this recipe for the 1st time and OMG this hit on the right spots ... Saying this since I was born in Coimbatore and grew up in Bangalore this took me HOME somehow... My husband who's a hardcore Chennai Biryani fan also bowed into MY Kongunadu Biryani. Coz we always fight about which region has the best foods. I'm Impressed and So is He .. Special Thanks to Suguna ..
Trust me this is one of the best biryani I have. For the masala to grid added a small quantity of almond+cashews to make it a little richer and it came out amazingly delicious 😋 😋. Thank you chef for this recipe 🫡
Wah chef wah. What an amazing biryani recipe it is. Looking at the masala and that coconut milk, I am convinced it will be really really tasty 😋😋 thank you so much.
I am son of the soil, Coimbatore... your English is too good. Did you study in Ooty?. Anway, the biriyani is perfect. I like it because there is not too much spices and colors. It is also similar to the old angannan kadai biriyani... near the old coimbatore town ie clock tower/oppanakkara street etc.
This has become our family’s favourite biryani. Thank you for sharing the recipe. All your recipes are so simple to follow & the outcomes are delicious !
