Sometimes a family is a teenage idol, her ex-Yakuza adopted father and the three shady men that team up with him to uncover a criminal conspiracy.

Kiryu is so proud of her. In 0 he tells Nishiki he would never cheer for an idol, look at him now, my dad used to call this moments "good hypocrisy". Akiyama actually likes the song. I love how he drops his "suave guy" persona and just starts rapping or that last "woooh" at the end, he's Haruka's 1° fan. Saejima is happy of doing something nice for a change, he probably doesn't really get idol culture, but There's no way in hell he's not gonna cheer on the first person who treated him with kindness And Shinada is just happy to be around everybody, his depresive arc is... I guess it's kinda wholesome that he's finally able to exteriorize all those dark thoughts... but like Saejima, there's no way in hell he's not gonna help a girl fulfill her dream.

This is exactly why Yakuza 5 is so good, I can literally see this happening as they all watch a TV screen

Idea of Shinada, bursting into tears in the middle of the song is so heartwarming. He knows Haruka the least, so she is just a idol for him, and the fact that her song made him cry just shows how good she is at being one

Actually the best thing I've ever seen. I actually just started getting into yakuza 2 months ago by chance-- my sister downloaded it AGES ago and I started playing it and now I'm hooked!!
