Thank you for sharing. These are great fundamental techniques. The basic tenant is be consistent. All the concepts are built around consistency. Even the use of the clicker is based on developing a consistent release and not draw length. Very insightful!

아... 정말 너무 좋은 컨텐츠네요.. 전 양궁은 전혀 모르고 국궁을 하고 있는데요.. 말씀하시는게 국궁에도 너무 잘 들어맞습니다. 참 희안하네요.. 제가 생각치 못했던 점들도 너무 많고, '아~' 하면서 깨닫게 되는 지점도 여러군데 있습니다... 정말 너무 충격적으로 좋은 컨텐츠입니다. 감사합니다.😂

A lot of information what can goes wrong but almost zero information how to make it correct. Recommends like "keep your body in neutral position" it's like recommends in basketball - "just shoot to the basket".

This tuto is not for rookies. this is for advanced and pros with a trainer for fine tuning. if you dont know what she is talking about, you maybe come back in 2 years.

I don't think so, she told about basic things. For pros absolutely different tuto. More about mental and concentration, timing and compensation...
