"From the foundation of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea to the present day, U.S. has waged a relentless war of subversion against the Korean people. Using their prominent position within international organisations, most notably, the United Nations, they have denied Korea's right to state sovereignty through the enforcement of economic sanctions, which seek to further corner and isolate Korea's place on the global stage by severing bilateral ties. However, despite their efforts, the citizens of the D.P.R.K. have made a stand against the hostile manoeuvres of the United States. In response to the provocative military drills, constant violation of D.P.R.K. sovereignty, as well as the planning of covert operations to murder leader, Kim Jong Un, four million men and women, both workers and peasants alike, have taken up arms to defend their homeland from the modern colonialism of the United States.
"조선 민주주의 인민 공화국의 기초부터 현재까지, 미국 제국주의 침략자들은 한국 국민에 대한 전복의 잔인한 전쟁을 벌였습니다. 국제기구, 특히 유엔에서 저명한 지위를 사용하여 양국 관계를 단절시킴으로써 한국의 세계 무대를 더욱 공고히하고 고립시키려는 경제적 제재를 통해 한국의 주권을 주장하는 권리를 거부했다. 그러나 그들의 노력에도 불구하고 조선 민주주의 인민 공화국 시민들은 미국의 적대적인 책략에 반대했다. 도발적인 군사 훈련에 대한 응답으로 북한 지도자 인 김정은을 비방하는 계획뿐만 아니라 북한 주권에 대한 끊임없는 위반은 노동자와 농민 모두 400 만 명의 남녀가 무기를 가져왔다. 제국주의 침략으로부터 고향을 지키려고했다."
