It's a light chocolate googelhoff!
(I put the chocolate pound cake dough in a guelhoff mold and baked it.)
ingredient (for 2 plates of mini Gugelhoff silicone mold)
180g unsalted butter, 150g sugar, 2g salt, 70g dark cover chocolate, 180g egg,
80g of flour, 70g of almond powder, 30g of cocoa powder, 5g of baking powder
+ Strong flour for powder, vanilla extract, and butter for butter
Process
0 (preparation). Sieve room temperature butter, room temperature egg, room temperature sugar, dark cover medium hot water, powder ingredients (hard flour, almond powder, cocoa powder)
1. Melt chocolate in double boiler over dark cover. Chocolate is sensitive to temperature, so be careful not to get too hot!
2. Loosen the butter that is cold. At this time, put sugar in three times. (You can use a whisk, but the yellow butter should be made milky.)
3. Add the pre-melted cover dance.
4. Divide the eggs into 3 pieces.
5. Mix the powder ingredients in advance and sift them in. (Prevent clumping of cocoa powder)
6. Bake at 170℃ for 25 minutes. (Cook it according to the oven specifications and finish it if it doesn't get on you when you add skewers.)
This recipe is a dessert made by Gugelhoff because it's summer and I want to eat light texture!
Since I reduced the amount of powder, it has a soft texture
