Hey guys! In this episode, I introduced Filipino music to a Korean boy group idol: NINE.i🥰 As a person who looooves OPM, I reckon that it's underrated considering that I find them masterpieces. I love singing OPM and I'm also passionate about promoting it to Koreans as much as I can.
‪@NINEiOFFICIAL‬ Their company First One Entertainment has its Philippine franchise which has P-pop groups such as 1STONE and D1ONE. Please show our Filipino love towards them and leave sweet messages for their bright future🫶 I was genuinely so happy to see them love OPM!
(There are still a great number of Koreans who have no idea about OPM.. I've got a long way to go🥹 Please cheer me up till the day OPM comes up to the surface on a daily basis!🤍)

In the first place if Filipinos did not watched and subscribe to her channel she will not make Filipino-related contents either. And why is it always one sided tho? How bout Filipinos who make contents about other countries like for example, Kristel Fulgar, she's not getting any hate for "Korean-baiting" contents because in the first place Koreans are not getting baited by those contents it's just us Filipinos who are always seeking validation from foreigners because we can't get the validation from our own country man who loves pulling down other people's success for example how Filipinos bashed SB19 before they get the world recognition in USA and other countries. In conclusion, we are the problem. Filipinos hating Filipinos and seeking validation from other countries is the problem. Intiendes?

@@dianarosemanatad5617 I have nothing against Creators featuring Filipino culture. Just as long as they are sincere in their feedback, I don’t see it as Filipino baiting. Also this is a free country/world, if you don’t like the content and creator no need to watch their video - nakakadagdag ka lang sa views nya if you “hate” pinoy baiters. PS. Creators that feature Filipino content, specifically talents like SB19, are also part of the success of Ppop because they help promote it internationally. So why begrudge them of creating Filipino related content when our culture can also benefit from it di ba?

I had to watch when I saw SB19's name on thumbnail lol but man when some of them started singing? 😳 Their voices are really nice! And the way they easily got the melody of some of the songs really prove how amazing they are as idols (and they are from First One Ent!! Brothers with 1stOne and Dione ❤️)! I can't help but feel so happy and proud with their comments to SB19, especially when they mentioned they have actually seen What? These guys sound soo good. In the coming years, I think I'm more interested in discovering and listening groups from smaller companies (getting burned out from Big company supremacy). Hope more youtubers feature them in videos like this. OPM shined in the 90s, which were more bands instead of groups that sing and dance. Hopefully it will have it's day again amongst other Asian music, catching up to the trends while maintaining its Filipino core.
