It's so disappointing to see that a country which is so advanced technologically,has a high literacy rate, high per capita income etc . The citizens are still of colonial mindset. The Korean education system is said to be very difficult and tough however it seems like the government has failed miserably to hit the social literacy aspect of its citizens.
