Seeing you using the MSG brings joy to my heart ❤️. That’s my favorite brand too.

Looks solid, definitely want to try a similar pork marinade once I get more practice with my ninja grill. Just a couple of comments - Koreans typically don't fry in sesame oil (13:30) - it's pretty expensive and usually kills the sesame flavor. I see you have a big jug of one of the best brands so feel free to continue if you think you notice it adding more flavor. The more traditional way in korean bbq is to have a little bit of sesame oil on the side with salt and pepper and to dip your meat in it as you're eating. Sucks about your wife and kids not being able to have gochujang. Have you tested it with a very mild version? I don't find it spicy at all but I don't have the perspective of someone with 0 spice tolerance. Usually the sweetness and umami are a lot more noticeable than the spice. Maybe you can start slowly incorporating a little bit of gochugaru in your Korean cooking to help build that tolerance up

Good point, probably can use the cheaper oil for the fry. I try to buy the mildest one I can get at our Korean store and they still are not fans lol. My wife can actually take a little but my 8 year old none lol.

I am definitely gonna try, but not the canned sprouts. That's just a no no.

@@DadGotThis Not in my opinion, sorry. Beansprouts is all about texture and that you just don't get from canned. If you try fresh ones, just blanched for a few seconds, you will notice the difference. But never mind. Keep up the good work. I love your sense of humour.

@@nicolebrodowski3294 I do prefer the fresh ones but our asian store is not that close and this makes it easy to have on the regular. Thanks for watching, sometimes I guess I am ok with a little bit of jank lol.
