I might translate the whole clip if I have time, but for now, basically Jessi's reasoning for eliminating Yezi is that she was trying to look too tough/strong and that doesn't go with the feel of the song. She also thought she looked too choreographed and forced, instead of just naturally going with the flow. As for Kasper, Jessi liked that she just came straight out with confidence like "hey im really good at rapping", but also said that she's still not actually that good. If I remember correctly, I think the reason Jessi ended up going with Kasper is because she thought she really showed drive to improve and win.

Trufax she's made this point a few times in different interviews...she certainly likes the "tough" style, but only if it makes sense with the lyrics or feel of the song. she's not saying she doesn't like a strong image in general.

Trufax jessi acts according to the song that she's performing, although she's known for her "tough" style, when there is a songs that fits her mood, she'll shift like it's nothing. Try comparing Sennuni with Can you hear me. She looks tough on her sennuni performance, while she looked as if she's broken on her can you hear me, she was soulful and pained like she sang out her feelings.

i feel like yezi came off too strong for a song like this. she was cursing every other line which was totally unnecessary for a song that was supposed to be what you love about yourself. everyone else did rap about themselves while yezi basically told people to f*** off cuz I'm better than you. sorry to fans of yezi, but that girl needs to tone it down a bit. i get that she's underrated as an idol but acting like she's all that comes off as rude. i feel like she would do well when it's time for the dissing round, but as of now, it really did not match the theme for this round.

Yezi did good rap as she is but she just only own her style which not try to change a little for the concept of song, Me myself and I is concept of swag girls, easygoing, have a fun, party but Yezi really did not express any emotions about it, she always drama and sexy as she did, good rapper is not mean to do only good rap but should write and play with song concept, she should get eliminated, I agree to Jessi.

this is why i love jessi...she's not like most of the females out there -- she is fair and she is objective. Kittyb made a rude comment that because "we live in korea jessi's lyrics should be mostly in korean and not english" and jessi could have eliminated her in a sec under the pretenses "she is a bad rapper," but she did not, and she even contradicted the producer and said that kittyb's style was better for the song than the pretty girl whom the producer chose instead of kittyb. Jessi did not have to voice her opinion (especially when it would not have made a difference), yet she did and i admire her for that. She is just and fair and objective.

근데 어딜 가나 예지 옹호글이넼ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ난 진짜 예지가 제일 어색한데. 랩퍼로 보이지도 않고 그냥 딱 아이돌같음;;;;제씨가 정확하게 잘 본것 같은데 ㅋㅋ악편이니 뭐니 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ솔직히 왜이렇게 예지 옹호글이 많은지 노이해;;;멋있지도 않고 그냥 개 어색하고 별로. '랩퍼'가 안어울림. 개인적으로 언프리티 역사상 제일 미스테리한 인물임. 왜이렇게까지 좋아해주는 사람이 많을까.

i get that mnet's editing sucks and it has a way of making people look bad. but when you think about it, did mnet even have any clips of yezi ACTUALLY greeting people? you'd think they would AT LEAST edit it in if they did have some clips of yezi actually being friendly. it sucks if she did greet people and mnet just picked out her just quietly sitting around. but maybe she never really greeted anyone and mnet just edited it exactly the way it is?

+Donnie Lee +NoodleSoup00 She cursed while making comments, but didn't curse in the lyrics of the song. Jessi's all for aggressiveness, but she didn't think it matched this song. Also, when she was on Sketchbook recently, both her and Cheetah mentioned they don't like when people curse in songs just because they can, but if it goes with the song/is relevant to the lyrics' story then it's all good. So I think that's why she didn't like Yezi coming out all tough for this particular song.

Haha it's ridiculous that jessi said that Yezi is too tough or strong. Well that's exactly what jessi did with in last season. I don't know how many times jessi looked down at Jimin just because she is only good on the stage(which is already good enough) but not bad enough in real life.

From what Im getting from these comments about the whole ordeal, is that Jessi thought that Yezi's aggressivenes was unnecessary and her lyrics didnt match the concept that all of the girls had to rap about. Now i dont understand korean and i thought her rap and flow sounded pretty good.. but its a pretty valid reason.. i mean in the first season the final battle was to produce a song about yourself and jessi had no problem toning it down.. while jimin rapped about "puss"... not hating, it was a good song but.. theres a reason why she wasnt top 3...

You really don't get her point huh?😂 Almost all of Season 1's songs are fitted to have curses and aggressiveness on them but not this song. Jessi and Cheeta also said in another show that it's really not appropriate if a rapper adds curses and try to be aggressive when it doesn't fit with the song. Plus Jimin isn't a really good rapper, enough for a girlgroup but she will seem really bad if she's going to stand next to these underground rappers. And Jessi didn't even did anything unnecessarily evil towards Jimin unless calling her midget and other nicknames which she also gave to the other contestants in the show, yall just angry that Jessi called out the judges when they placed Jimin and kisum 2nd when they didn't even deserve that place and only won it because they need to satisfy Jimin's fans

I am sorry to all Yezi fans but she's got some attitude that I don't know she's showing for the sake of being noticed, the bad editing or she thinks of herself as a great rapper. She raps well but she should think of her boundaries and not always think she's mighty because it shows how arrogant she is. I can see all the hate coming but she can still prove herself I know she's more than that shitty attitude she's showing.

I hate rap with all the cursing, say about woman body parts and other inapprioate about a woman. I hate listening to those rapping. It shouldn't be a hip hop base only about woman body parts. That is not rapping at all. I rather listen to rap that has a meaning to it than that crap above.

Yezi look like Zin from D-unit. Zin rapping better than Yezi. I like Yezi back then and now when I see her in Yezi Unpretty Rapstar 2. Yezi thinks she own the whole rap world. Yezi remind me of Jessi now. I never like Jessi. Korean act more like black rapper now. That is sad now. I like Moon Sua and Yubin rapping because when they rap more maturely. I am looking forward to Moon Sua and Yubin. At first I was rooting for Yezi and Yubin in the final and now I change my thought on Yezi. I don't like her attitude and she thinks she own rap world just like Yirae and Tiger. Overrated Yirae and Tiger.
