Easy lunchbox ideas?
Definitely loving these korean rice balls (Jumeokbap 주먹밥)!
It's so easy to make and looks pretty to present as a picnic lunchbox meal too! I will be making three different rice balls option, you can basically just add in your favourite ingredients to make it your own version of rice balls!
Have fun making! :)
=Ingredients=
SPAM & KIMCHI
1/2 CUP SHORT GRAIN RICE
1/4 TIN OF SPAM
2 TBSP OF KIMCHI
1/2 TSP SUGAR
1 TSP SESAME OIL
BEEF & SPINACH
1/2 CUP SHORT GRAIN RICE
50G BEEF (MARINATE WITH
SALT & PEPPER)
1/2 TSP LIGHT SOY SAUCE
1 TSP SESAME OIL
1/2 CUP SPINACH
1/4 TSP SALT
CRABMEAT MAYO
** You may substitute crabmeat with canned tuna
1/2 CUP SHORT GRAIN RICE
2 TBSP CRABMEAT
1 TBSP MAYONNAISE
( You may add more if you like it)
1 TSP SESAME OIL
*You many add Seaweed Flakes into all recipes

I never thought to mix in all the fillings like that. That must make it go way faster. And they held together so well, even with all that stuff in between the rice, especially considering the sesame oil and mayonnaise coating the rice, too. Thanks for the new perspective.

Spam Kimchi Jumbab is a menu I eat well. The spinach and beef would go well together. I think it would be nice to give it to children. I love crab meat and mayonnaise too. The rice ball is so pretty that it's a waste to eat.
