FYI, "bing" is Sino-Korean word. Koreans actually don't call ice "bing" they call it 얼음 (ul-eum). :)

Im watching it on the rainy Sunday afternoon March 31st. This video makes you wanting for summer to come. Answering your questions: Mooncake could use some modernization. Unfortunately, this Bingbox spot is closed now. I should’ve gone earlier. My favorite is Bubble Tea if you count it as an Asian dessert. Otherwise I just go for all of them

1) I Love shaved ice/patbingsu. Bingbox looks super cute! After hitting up Snowdays a million times I can't wait to try BingBox. 2) I think the mooncake is in desperate need of some modernization. I've seen Japanese and Korean do their own twist (and even Haagen Dazs) but none of them do it justice. Y'all need to incorporate the moon--that's why it's called the moon festival! 3) Favorite dessert is actually shaved ice :)

I'd love to try that Bingbox Snow Cream. It seems like a wonderful innovation. I sat here drooling as I watched you eat it. Lol. I really miss New York Cheese Cake too; and I love it the way it is, but I'd like to see what kind of changes someone (other than myself) could come up with.

Here in Colombia there are some menus like those, one of them is only pieces of fruits, ice cream on the top, condensed milk and a little bit of cheese, it's really good!! and if you don't want that just change it with granola and yogurt, both options are great. Greetings from Colombia 💛 💙 ❤

IMO, this looks dope. Being native to the area, I think I'm actually going to have to go try this. I'm already a huge fan of the Taiwanese style ice, the one with the mountain shape and overflow of toppings. I hope that this is just as good! Snow ice seems cool to me, but I think I might still prefer the traditional only because I like the ice you break up and chew. But anything winter cold in the summer will always have a place in my heart. ^.^

Guys! I'm a really big fan and I'm from the lower east side lol, and theres this place called Ice and Vice which I think really good idea for video it's a very very unique ice cream shop with a decent variety of very good but unique and out of the ordinary favors, my favorite flavor is 9AM, you guys should really check it out its on the corner on East Broadway and Clinton st, please check it out guys it's absolutely amazing, haha and yeah you guys are amazing keep it up bro

My favorite dessert is Mango Float. A frozen dessert of just layers of graham crackers, cream and mangos. Sooo good and a favorite here in the Philippines. Best part: you can make it at home! Craving for it now 😩

You guys lived in LA and NY and this is your first time seeing this? lol San Diego confirmed best food scene. Cafe Hielo, Boba Bar & Desserts, Icekimo, It's Boba Time, and Angel & Hearts: Harajuku Creperie all have shaved snow and 4 of those 5 are on the same street

we don't call Ice bing tho we say eoleum (얼음). Bing is just a Chinese character that we use in words (it makes the word shorter while having the basic meaning)

Just wanted to say somethin about this Patbingsu is shaved ice with red beans because pat is the korean word for things like beans and kind of stuff like that. Just straight up Bingsu is a more accurate term for all of that because without the red beans, its not considered Patbingsu
