Hi Kristy!! If you happen to pass by Cebu City, one of the nicest places to visit besides our beaches is Cebu Safari. You may want to Google it first before visiting. It has ziplines, cabin houses( to those who want to stay overnight). Of course, animals in their natural habitat, exotic flowers, and orchids everywhere, like a man-made jungle. Make sure, though, that you start very early in the morning (7am) as some areas close at 2pm because the animals need to sleep. Don't forget to start with the bird show at the lobby. That's it. Have a nice day!

It's actually "not only in that area". That kind of limestone formations are called "Karst". It's when strange rock formations (and a LOT of caves) are formed because limestone dissolves in water easily. Over millions of years, a flat layer of limestone (made of corals, mostly), will pretty much "melt" and turn into shapes like these. It's the same process that created Osmeña Peak hills in Cebu (which is like the Chocolate Hills, but pointier), as well as the towering limestone islands of El Nido, Ha Long Bay (in Vietnam), the Krabi region (Thailand), and the Lunan Stone Forest (China). There are many more around the world. Most of them are tourist attractions, and range from small rounded hills to sharp rock towering rock formations. Sinkholes, perfectly round lagoons, underground rivers, and even the cliffs of Kawasan Falls are also Karst.

@@oxoelfoxo Osmeña Peak is semi-eroded. Dami rin sa southeastern China (Guilin, UNESCO heritage site) at northern Vietnam (Nui Doi mountains). Pero usually mixed rounded and pointed hills sa kanila. Because slightly different ang conditions nang formation nila (depending sa amount of topsoil, level of rainfall, how deep the groundwater is). But you can still see hills that resemble the hills of Bohol. Just not as many or as evenly distributed. There are actually terms for these subtypes of karst. Tall pointed ones like El Nido, etc. are called "tower karst", while rounded eggtray-like hills like the Chocolate Hills and Osmeña Peak are called "cockpit karst". It's named after Cockpit Country in Jamaica which is very similar to the Chocolate Hills. Though again, not as evenly circular. The northern part of Puerto Rico is also cockpit karst (the famous Arecibo Observatory is built into one of the sinkholes of the formation).

@@oxoelfoxo Unique in terms of its appearance, yes. Because it has a lot more rounded isolated hills (they're usually more like elongated blobs). Probably because that region in Bohol is so flat. It all depends on how the water flows, where it goes (in this case, it goes to an underground network of caves), and how much water there is. But in terms of what type of rock formation it is, and how it forms, it's quite common in tropical humid countries with lots of rainfall. Again, look up Cockpit Country in Jamaica. It's where the term comes from. It's just that the Chocolate Hills are more evenly circular over a larger area. It's similar to say the Mayon Volcano. Which is very unique in its almost perfect cone shape. But in terms of the process that creates that kind of steep conical volcanoes (a stratovolcano), it's not actually that strange. They're just exceptionally beautiful examples of a common process.

Ganda ng bonding nilang magkakapatid, makikita mo talaga na mayanda ang pagpapalaki ng mga magulang nila sa isat-isa. Yun bang laging magkakasundo at kung may alitan man ay d siguradong nagtatatagal. Your family vlogs are always enjoyable and entertaining. Always guaranteed with full of laughs. Eunbee has grown up so much and so pretty. It’s always nice to see Grace as well. I love the big ‘tarsier’ sleeping on the bench and your tarsier hats. Did you actually buy them? Wear them when you go to a club! You’ll be the envy.
