The pilipili it’s a hot sauce we don’t deep in it but we put a little bit of it not a lot and mix it with the pundou and eat it with the rice (loso)😅

In Congolese cuisine, we have the chili on the side so that people can decide how much of it they want in their food just like pepper or salt. It's more of a seasoning. So you take a spoon of the chili from the jar and put it in your plate. You don't dip any food inside. I can only imagine how hot it must have been cause that was a lot of chili for that small portion of fufu 😅😅
