Spicy Korean Adobo: Traditional Filipino Food with Korean Twist | Isekai Cook
Adobo is the most popular and quintessential Filipino dish. Each household has different version, but share the same three basic ingredients: Vinegar, Garlic, and Bay leaf. I can say I've tried almost all local versions of Adobo (classic adobo, yellow adobo, white adobo, Adobo in coconut milk, dry adobo, squid adobo, etc.) but not with an international fusion take. Today's mission was to combine elements from Korean and FIlipino cuisine, so I decided to create Korean-style Adobo.

Here's my taste evaluation of this dish:

Flavor Intensity: 4
Spiciness: 4 (definitely must try if you love spicy foods)
Saltiness: 3 (It means you should eat this with rice! XD)
Sweetness: 3 (you can omit the sugar if you want less sweet )
Sourness: 2 (It will be too sour if you don't reduce the sauce)
