Base Ingredients:
Large Potatoes 3pcs
All purpose flour 1/8cup
Evaporated Milk 1 Cup
Fresh Milk 2 Cups
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Cream of Mushroom 3TBPS
Processed Cheese (Quick Melt) 1/4 block or as many as you want XD
Cheddar Cheese 1/4 block or as many as you want XD
Shimeji Mushroom 150g
Nutmeg 1/4 Tsp
Topping Sauce:
Base Sauce 1/2cup
Sour Cream 1 TBPS
Evaporated Milk 1/8 cup
Processed Cheese 3TBSP
Cheddar Cheese 1TBSP
Parsely for garnish
*I strongly suggest you eat this as a side dish to your steak or any grilled meat. Because its taste is very rich.
