I think her eye makeup is really interesting because I never saw a western woman do it that way but she probably did it to make her eye shape look different, I really like it looks cool🔥
Her techniques where different from what i usually see but the end result was perfect. Usually when i see ppl try out Western makup they do something very heavy and off trend.
There’s actually a lot of Asian Americans that do that look. But they usually put fake lashes on. So the eyeliner and the eyeshadow are more noticeable in the look that she did.
BlackPiano I do my makeup like her since my eyes are hooded and small and it completely changes the shape of my eye. I used to hate my hooded eyes and wanted to get surgery but thank god for makeup and tape

this is hilarious because people were praising jeonghaun's makeup and her open mindedness in the other video the channel put out today starring these two. It turns out, she only had western style makeup on in that video because she had filmed this video right before 😂

I'm 23, only do the same basic, really basic make up natural look for work. I suck at anything.... Related to make up... I can bake for you a complicated cake but not this. XD
As a fellow man who has, I wouldn't recommend it. Maybe something very light, but it's really not worth it unless you're going to be on a stage or something similar... which is why I used makeup as well by the way.
@@achuuz What do you think I mean when I say I wouldn't recommend it? It's a hassle, is bad for your skin and it's expensive. If someone wants to wear makeup, that's up to them, but I wouldn't recommend it, and that applies for women as well.
It's too late for women, but men should never wear make-up outside of something like modelling or show-biz. I have seen so many women say that they wish they didn't have to spend so much time and money on doing make-up, but they have to because all other women do. Why on earth would men want to put themselves in the same position? Women would also be better off if no women wore any.
This was very interesting..its strange, he started out looking very pretty without any makeup but after he actually looked more masculine 😲??!..she on the other hand did a great job ..but her contour color was a bit too dark for her...she could've had the same effect with a bit lighter/ softer colors..but if it's for stage she did great 😁👍
They use Western the same way everyone else uses Asian. I don’t really know how to explain that thought but if you get it you get it It’s nothing to get that upset over.
yes, it is... many idols finished this school: EXO's Sehun, almost whole NCT Dream, BTS's JK - just few examples you can search online if you want to admire it more... I have to agree IT IS beautiful uniform ♡
The guy reminded me a bit of Nana Youngrong Kim (the drag queen they had on earlier in another episode) when he was putting on his makeup; some of his facial expressions. :D They should bring back Bambi and Nana and have them do these two teen's makeup!

So the term "Western" basically means American to Koreans? I mean it usually doesn't bother me, cause Ig there are some cultural similarities between for example Europe and the US, so I can mostly relate. It's just a little misleading sometimes...
Porpora In comparison to Korea, EU and US have so much more in common culturally (talking popular culture). Maybe not all EU countries, but many. I know there are huge differences *obviously* but when Korean people react to American memes, food, music etc. I can still relate bc American culture is so widely spread in the western countries.
Porpora We’ve influenced each other through globalisation, but we don’t resemble each other at all? So you think similarities between EU and Korea are just as many as between EU and USA? Cause then yes we have very different views.
If you only take make-up, which this video does, I do think Europe and Korea have more in common than Europe and the US. That is, if you take the make-up in this video as a template. Both Korea and Europe go for more natural looks.
@porpora Isn’t that exactly what my point was? That it’s misleading to say “Western” when it’s only talking about America. Obviously if it’s not in comparison to Korea/Asia, USA and Europe is not the same thing in any way. I was talking about it in comparison to Korea, since that’s what this video was about.

@@a.l.3.x642 Americans and Europeans? Still, the culture within each country is different. If you only count people from the US, that's essentially the same as only counting Chinese people for Asians. Even then, China has 31 provinces, all with their own cultures. Then if we count India, which we should, they have loads of different cultures, and they have 23 official languages. So you could learn Hindi, go to India and still not be able to talk to even half of the population of India. Why would the entire American continent along with Europe be any different? You can see distinct differences in fashion, culture and so on just after crossing a border. It's totally fine to use "Westerners" as a term, but sometimes you have to be a bit more specific.
@@CottidaeSEA In this case it's fine to put it udner the "Westerners" label. There's basically no difference in European and American beauty standards.
@@DevlVergil In terms of makeup style, there are a fair amount of differences though. Please, compare French and Spanish makeup styles. They are neighbouring countries, yet are so different. If you then go further north and check something like one of the Scandinavian countries, the makeup style is even more different. It's some kind of Western makeup style, but that's like saying Asian makeup style when you're actually going for a Japanese style.
They were already so beautiful but it was so cool to see them use make up. I love their personalities they both seem like cool people, this makes me want to learn how to do make up too😳
Sorry but can we talk about her nails omg 😍😍😍 also I like her, she's so cute with her confidence. Unlike most korean girls following the standards and latest trends in their own country, she likes to be unique by trying out western style makeup 💅
Tbh I think natural makeup is cute but glam western makeup is so much fun because you can do whatever the heck you want and there's definitely more options to glam makeup than the natural makeup look

I loved this video!! I really liked their personalities together as well as UK individually!! She really made me laugh!!! Lashes would have pulled everything even more together but her look was absolutely STUNNING!!! She killed it!!
she's using urban decay naked heat palette isn't she? And he's using the etude house play color eyes palette in 'in the cafe' Both have good eyeshadow taste, very different styles and finish but very good products.
i'm actually surprised at how good they did their makeup, i wasn't expecting them to do their own since these videos usually have a makeup artist. both of their looks suit them so much!!!
