Wonderful recepe. I love Korean BBQ. Am in Houston so I know my bbq. This is an easy recepe. The prep is lengthy but so worth it. My sister inlaw in S. Korean and. Hope she’ll love this. I love having her over when my brother goes away on business trips and making her dishes she loves to feel at home in our home. She comes to stay with us because she loves our farm and loves pitching in while my brother is away. Keeps her busy she says.

This recipe is amazing.I didn't know there 's another way of marinating meats without soysauce. she's an amazing cook. All of her dishes are legit and gourmet. It follows traditional way and sometimes her own way but doesn't miss any detail which is essential as Korean dish. I would want to be her daughter(or pet whatev) if my mom isnt good at cooking.. For those who are bothered to marinate.. U guys can find awesome soysauce-based sauce from Korean grocery store. What u can do with it is just to put ur meat into the sauce and wait for an hour :))

I remember having this in Suwon, we had dome shaped grilles in restraraunt , they worked very well. Bean paste, garlic, kimshee, sprouts and meat in a leaf wrap. Good job on the prep work.
