Yes, salai or smoked chicken or beef is really the signature of Negeri Sembilan😆 hopefully you can try to taste some of our traditional food and kuih such as apam Johol or rendang maman 😍. Also, if you want to try a very good roti John, you can go to the legendary Ijan burger shop for their roti John at Paroi!

Chu your Malay language has improved a lot 👏👏👍. Sometimes if you see bbq or smoked meat/fish usually they have the dipping sauce. You can ask them for "Sos cecah". Sauce=Sos, Cecah=Dip. Salai means smoked. So all the duck and fiah there are smoked and not barbecued.

This beef noodle is very famous in seremban. It’s very hard to find in KL. Very delicious I can eat 2 bowls no problem. Of course has to be the dry noodles. It’s the sauce and the peanuts. I always ask for extra peanuts

Cendol Sagu Rumbia tu sedap. Saya tak pernah pergi kedai dia tapi first time rasa dekat kenduri sedara dia ada tempah cendol sagu rumbia ni dekat jalan nak pergi labu. Sedap gila.. Sampai tambah 4 kali la makan cendol dekat kenduri tu.
