That's Jamaican English otherwise known as Jamaican creole also called Patwa. However linguistically speaking the only country that officially speaks patois as the majority is Dominica and St.Lucia.

Homegirl in purple is completely right about Pretty girl team. Not only is it offensive as a woman because they were evidently objectifying the women, unlike the other dancehall videos (especially Spice’s) where the women were in charge of their bodies and sexuality...on top of that, the insinuation that you have to be light skin to be pretty and the blatant colourism is grotesque! They had your typical light skin, racially ambiguous girls casted which further fuels the mass colourism that happens not only in Jamaica but in black communities globally.

lmao the girl in purple(b-money?) is everything!! i love the fact that she mentioned that many kpop/hiphop artists take inspiration from black people, now if only non-black kpop fans could get the memo🙃 could you please consider doing “koreans react to afrobeats/west african music”? e.g. kontrol by maleek berry, leg over by mr.eazi, pana by teckno, do like that by korede bello, fall & if by davido, melanin by sauti sol, johnny by yemi alade and mad over you by runtown. Girlfriend in the Velour tracksuit was super excited watching them, the guy in the middle was really getting into it and gf on the end experienced something new and it shows. All three are cute. We take for granted our Jamaican ways and its nice to share it and see everyone is enjoying it...the WORLD is round for a reason! Great job Neicy ;)
