hearing koreans trying to speak french is funny af I'm a french native, i think that japanese peopel ahve a easier time to speak japanese cuz acces is kinda a help
3 basic rules in French (especially if you have an English accent) -the R is dry and not rolled -the E at the end of a word is not pronounced (rare exceptions) -several vowels side by side give only one sound (we do not pronounce all the letters in a row) water E-A-U but one sound O. Other O-I-E (goose) is pronounced WA
Rolling the Rs is acceptable, and is done by native French speakers in some regions. In fact, about a century ago, many artists and singers like Maurice Chevalier used to roll their "r"s because it was considered chic. Anyways, it is not vital to learn how to pronounce "r"s in French: you could even substitute them for "w"s and still be understood. Learning to differentiate and properly pronounce "u" and "ou" is a lot more important and an actual challenge for English speakers.
@@616Registhe rolled R in Asia seems to sound a little like a L for a French people. For me it’s different than a rolled R from latine or English countries. It can sometimes leads to some misunderstanding. But the French R is a non existing sound in Asian languages. Hard for them to learn to pronounce. Like my name. It’s unpronounceable for an Asian. Romain => “R” and “ain”. 2 non existing sounds for them 😅 It finishes to be “Loman” 🥲
Hello everybody, thank you all for being nice, I was honestly scared of the reactions since it was my first time doing this kind of videos. But I want to say, I really enjoyed doing it, Ichillin’ were absolutely cuties and even outside the shoot they were talking to me in French, they were pure sunshine ! 🥰🥰 Have a great day, Mary 😊 Merci à tous et à toutes pour les messages, c’était la première fois que je faisais ce type de vidéos et j’ai vraiment adoré (même si j’avais peur des commentaires), Ichillin’ étaient incroyables, des vrais rayons de soleil et même avant de filmer, elles connaissaient déjà des phrases françaises ! J’espère de tout cœur qu’elles recevront des opportunités pour aller en France à l’avenir 🥰 Bonne journée, Marie 😊
i'm french, oh my name is also Julie, they did it well, they got almost the right pronunciation for serrurerie but one change serrurerie to a different word: céleri i heard lol, french is difficult but they did it well, they are so cute, i know them ichillin'
The girls are so cute!!! I’m so happy the members got invited to this as well! Not only does it promote the group but they are having fun and it’s so nice to see❤ btw their French pronunciation are so cute lol, as expected they pronounce it kinda the Korean way(except Joonie lol😅)
Thank you ! Unfortunately we had to shoot a lot so I couldn’t take more time to explain, but they seemed to really enjoy speaking and learning French ! (And they tried their best) I’m sure they will go there one day if there is enough people asking for them to come 🥰🥰
can someone please take them to paris, give a french scrip and let them do the talking? i feel like i would laugh nonstop! 😂 and “dudududu chaerin!” killed me in the end! i love these girls, they are such sweet people 💗 don’t forget to support feelin’ hot, their latest comeback ❤️
Je confirme elle sont trés mignone ! J’ai une préférence pour l’avant derniere et la premiere , pourtant j’aime pas les blondes , mais elle est bien habillé ❤
Being French, I admit to having laughed at the situation, but in truth, if you ask a French person in general to speak English, not all of them necessarily arrive, personally I don't care about it at all...
C'est vrai que pour nous c'est facile mais pour les autres c'est compliqué de parler ou dire des mots en français :') et pour comprendre le français n'en parlons pas 😂
They are too cute. I am French (although I live in the Caribbean🥲On a French island ) French is very complicated pronunciation, grammar but I think they managed well ♥︎. I'm sorry my English is horrible so google helps me😅
Actually the word "serrurerie" is not pronounced the same as in the video, the E in french words is often not pronunced, so in french we will pronounce this word as serrurie and not serrurerie, small mistakes there
Hello, I am the girl from the video, thank you for your feedback 😊 Since they had a hard time pronouncing the R, I felt it was better to deconstruct the words to make them as easy to recognize for French people as possible in case they go to France and need a serrurerie ahaha Have a nice day 🥰
Perso j’ai eu un serurier chez moi qui dit serrurerie Puis y’en a eu un autre qui a dit serurrie en prononcant longuement le "r" , mais avec une pause bien présente entre les r ressemblant a un E Le francais c’est naze , inutilement compliqué
When they tried the "oignon" one, I every time heard "0RG4NE" ! And warning to the "on vous aime" can be heard as a "on vous gêne" and that's not the same thing ! (I just want to say that I'm not making fun of them at all, I know that Frech is a really hard language, and even more for Koreans who have a language totally different)
seriously respect. our language is really difficult to learn with intonations, liaisons and conjugation tenses. respect to you! sérieusement respect. notre langue est vraiment difficile à apprendre avec les intonations, les liaisons et les temps de conjugaison. respect à vous !
I was a bit surprised by Marie's pronunciation of "serrurerie" because even though "serrurerie" has 4 syllables (ser-ru-re-rie), 99% of French people will pronounce it as 3 syllables (ser-rure-rie).
I really need to see Ateez on this channel, they're good at speaking french Btw I didn't know about Ichillin' but they look so nice ! And the way they say french words is so cute
