Great sounds and playing. But one gripe I have with the Nautilus. For some reason Korg have decided to REDUCE the amount of panel controls, even compared to the Krome/EX. I fear we may be going down that minimalist path again, where studio gear had four cursor buttons, a screen and a volume knob! 1990's anyone?
I would be happy to have a used Nautilus 88 and forego the aftertouch--I have a Kronos, and the aftertouch is unusable, it requires too hard a key press. But it would expand my setup to be more of a true DAW--more channels, voices, and memory. And a second weighted keyboard. Would still want something more portable to take out of the house. Maybe a keystage and my computer... perhaps a Z1 to continue vintage Korg oasys era goodness.
Yeah absolutely. I mean the modx + is generally more compact than the Nautilus. So it's easier to transport but soundwise the Nautilus sounds better to me. But it's just a matter of taste :)
@@Talentman18 The new Nautilus AT has aftertouch. But the normal ones don't . I'm not going to gigs at the moment but when I did I always had a Softcase with me. No, the one I am playing in this video is the Nautilus with 88 keys :)
Hello! Great demo, thanks ! Is the sound we hear comes from your monitors speakers or do you directly record from lines output ? I got the same nautilus with focal alpha 65 evo but I do not obtain the same great sound I hear here (sorry for the bad english .... I’m french with a poor langage😢) thanks
