i love it. the sound is awesome. Somehow i agree with you that oasys1 is the most complete workstation even though i havent played on one. it's a shame they discontinued it. i ll have to look for it on ebay, lol.

Pink Floyd has it own sound and don't come only from the use of some synthesized sounds. Guitars, drums patterns, keyboards, voices arrengements, etc, build the particular PF sound. Believe me. I'm old enough to know what I'm talking about. :)

Yes, it is complete studio in one keyboard. I have one. It won't fit into a car. Its heavy, too. In my humble opinion, best keyboard ever made.

@FabriceLecce Per carità non ho mai detto che siano i migliori suoni in stile Pink, era solo un esempio di come si può organizzare il suono per esecuzioni live, la comodità di avere 8 pad "aperti" e gestibili, split, controlli, ecc... Sono di Torino. :-)

@Todd63790 Yes, my custom combination sounds... the qaulity of Kronos is the same of oasys.... but kronos is portable (Oasys88+aluminium flycase = 48kg !!!!)

Would you trade it for a Kronos. Ive been thinking about buying a OASYS since there are some selling cheaper then the Kronos now. I like the screen on the OASYS better.

Complimenti Jack per questo brano stile Pink Floyd, suonato egregiamente...!!! mi hai fatto ritornare indietro nel tempo. Erano assieme a Vangelis, a J.M Jarre, i miei preferiti e lo sono tuttora, ho tutti i loro cd e vari filmati dei loro concerti che hanno fatto nel passato. La tastiera che usi per le tue composizioni è una Korg Oasys ? mi piace molto il suo suono anche se il mio piano digitale Yamaha non è da meno.Ti ho collocato nei miei preferiti. I have the Kronos and I beg to differ with you! While the oasys may have a fancier display and things the Kronos has everything the oasys had plus the sgx-1 and the EP-1 that are supeRior to the regular very nice samples of pianos and eps in the oasys.

Pink Floyd started this kind of sound...systhesized sound...I think so... that is why it is called Pink Floyd sound.. it does not have to be one made by Pink Floyd.

I, too, am a fan and owner of the KORG OASYS and KRONOS. I would gladly have bought patches Pink Floyd and other classic rock for the OASYS! Unfortunately, OASYS uncommon and discontinued!
