How to make an accents, side chain compression effect, tempo synced LFO and more in 1st part of Korg Volca Bass - LFO Tricks. Download patch sheet for Volca Bass: bracket-three.c... Thank You For Watching.
This is by far the best tutorial I have seen on the Volca Bass. I have been of the opinion that it was a patently useless machine that would never find a wy into my set, however, this was really cool. I had no Idea holding down FUNC while twisting the RATE knob synced the LFO to the tempo. Thank you kindly.
I just got a volca drum and a bass . I am completely new to this . I have nothing to compare them to. But I absolutely love these synths . I thank you so much for your info
Thank you so much for sharing this. I remember seeing something about changing the LFOs rate, but for the life of me could not remember what it was..................... So a MASSIVE thank you !
Whoohoo that LFO sync function actually made my day. Thanks for such wonderful discovery! Also Pitch modulation is way more predictable and even usable now :D
@@natura808 hey mate' shout out from peru' could you listen to my stuff ? I have the holly holy trinity with bass' sample and stepbeat arturia all spiced up with boss mt2 dist and a mixer with effects as tamer. Thank you looking forward your opinion and suggestions.
Well done and thanks for making a great recording... so many of these videos have such poor sound that it is a distraction to watch and learn.. You nailed the content and the presentation. Subscribed.
Super cool. Thx for this - I've just bought my first Volca (the Bass) and this was great inspiriation. Just curious - where did you get the settings-sheets?
Is there a way to actually ensure that the drop in amplitude only happens on the first beat of a bar (when the kick hits)? I mean is the LFO cycle simply synced with a different offset depending on when you activate it?
@@macpaz That’s the only way I’ve got came out thus far but it works, maybe unreliable for live but otherwise what’s live for if not for making happy mistakes.
