KORRA EPISODE 3X13 REACTION MASHUP!! 

Seeing Korra not having a happy ending was really something else back In the day IMO. She genuinely gets depressed which is a really cool character development arc to see

this season finale will never not hurt seeing korra crippled and crying as the very last shot was insane for something airing on Nickelodeon

Tenzin's speech is a big slap to Korra. Korra's biggest worry is about the avatar being not needed anymore....then Tenzin is like "aight fam no need to worry, we gonna do your job now"

I will never get tired seeing Jinora looks exactly like aang in this episode. Goosebumps!

If Aang and Yangchen we’re there, they would be so glad that the Air Nation has been rebuilt. As for Aang, he is never been more proud to see his granddaughter rank as Air master, especially Yangchen will feel the same way.

Yeah, this and the next season really cemented how much I love Korra, both the character and the show. While I do think overall ATLA was the better show and had better characters, I much prefer Korra as a character and the Avatar to Aang. Aang is a naïve kid all the way through a war, unlike all the others of Team Avatar who change as the show goes, especially Zuko, while Korra evolves as a character all the way through the seasons, going through highs and lows becoming more peaceful and willing to talk things out, resorting to trying to talk people down as a first resort, rather than just going straight to violence, the only problem being that it's hard to talk down radicals.

To think the creators said they originally were going to end the show there. Due to the differences between them and Nickelodeon. Glad they agreed to be an online exclusive show. Because that sad ending would’ve been an amazing switch up compared to Aang. But I’m glad we got that last season as well.

Say what you want about Korra, but you have to admit that Book 3 is overall the Best Book in the series!

ngl i was an idiot for a long time and didn't understood how this scene worked so here it is. there is no special liquid that can draw out the avatar state (pls dont ask why kid me thought this) but rather the plan is simple. they poison korra via metal, and though she tries to fight, the avatar state will activate trying to save her as her body feels a threat. but she is helpless because the avatar state itself will not get the poison out of her, so she will die. im guessing that when she dies in the avatar state, since its representative of their connection to raava being severed. just like how korra lost the connection with her past lives in season 2. though what zaheer doesn't know or really thinks about is that korra already split with raava in season 2 and restarted the avatar cycle. so he thinks he's ending the cycle for good, but really, he doesn't know that raava can always just rejoin a new human and restart the cycle again if she chooses bc she will never truly die

Welp that close-up of Korra is really concerning

I didn't really care for LoK but this scene was like a punch in the fucking gut. Korra losing, Jinora looking exactly like Aang. It was a painful scene, but I would've loved it if the series ended on this part.
