Great deck idea, goblins are my favorite tribe and I've been trying to decide on a commander to play them with. Also I think you should consider putting Wort, Bogart Auntie in this deck I think the recursion would be helpful with all the sacrificing.

Im currently running something like this for about a month. Its runs as a standard goblins deck without needijg korvold much... korvold mainly exist to refill my hand and also run terrible combos like brash taunter on my korvold.

It's a powerful yet fun deck. Somewhere in the 6-8 range depending on how hard you crank it up

Depending on your group the number of combos in here can be hard to deal with. If you want to power up more I would add vamp tutor, goblin Bombardment would be a good substitute for one of the sac outlets. Honestly the deck will really hold it's own in the higher power levels. It's mostly adding a tutor or two. Maximizing the lands and such. Just depends on your budget. It will play well in the 7+ range.

Undying combo BUSTED. Even though you pumped up with more +1/+1 counters doesn't make the -1/-1 count go away. You would still be stuck with it in the graveyard after the second sacrifice just because the simple fact the -1/-1 counter still exists on the creature.

This is wrong. 121.3. If a permanent has both a +1/+1 counter and a -1/-1 counter on it, N +1/+1 and N -1/-1 counters are removed from it as a state-based action, where N is the smaller of the number of +1/+1 and -1/-1 counters on it. See rule 704. Your comment is only true, if the creature would die by having a number of -1/-1 counters placed on it. As the death trigger and the negating trigger are happening at the same time, the last known state of the creature before hitting the Graveyard would be with -1 tokens on the card.
