Actually the teachers in Allen, or aakash doesn't get angry too soon, literally they are very humble and kind it's only possible if the student are doing something wrong in class
As a Allen kota students I know allen teachers are really kind and tolerable to students they always motivates us but in these vdo I think the student has done something wrong if it's too much teacher has to do something it's there right

When student become customer and teacher become service provider then this is bound to happen Students mentality has changed Now they feel like they are paying fees so they are entitled to do anything This is very poor state of affair
when competition is just a gateway, students are customers , teachers are hired service providers and education is a business this is gonna happen for sure .
He must have been patient for a long time and trust me it is not easy dealing with so many students who are not willing to calm down and pay attention. He has limited time and so much to finish. It is very easy to blame teachers but what we need to do is change our habits while we are in the classroom. A student has to be disciplined and focused if he needs to clear any exams with good marks. JEE and NEET aren't a joke to many.
For those who are criticizing him,, He is one of the best ioc faculty in kota be is currently teaching and trust me the way this mancovers ioc is expectional.. yes he is very disciplined becoz he is very serious about students when he enters in the class no one has guts to create non sense but outside class he is very jolly and kind to students and clears every doubt asked by us even if he had told that us in the class
No sir is completely different he is the best teacher and most awesome one but the student is not respecting sir .which not tolerable by any teacher because in my whole session sir is never angry at this level somehow he is telling in each class to maintain discipline so that you can learn everything in class .only one work left after that is to revise that's sir statement .so it's totally student fault
He is currently in Delhi for operation Unke stomach me kuch problem thi... Hmari class bhi nahi lag rahi IOC ki...but he will comeback after few days Best IOC teacher
My experience... As an allenite ... Says .. that there is not a single teacher without patience......they tolerate a lot of bullshit students throw in thier way ... But still with patience they teach and only look forward for the selection of the students .. Here he did the right thing .. the students were checking his bearing capacity.... Hats off to the allen faculty ... Allen h toh mumkin .. h...
Now a days, some teachers in coachings are very open to students, they are open to a level that sometimes they say those things which can be discussed only between friends!!😂 I think openess to this extent is quite dangerous; because a teacher is always one who has lot of experience behind him to guide us and also there is age gap; there must be a line (Maryādā) between teachers and student; the place of a guru in our Indian culture is also quite high so overly open-ness is not good. Teachers who are serious like the teacher in the video are the one who should be respected a lot; these teacher really care about us. Some teachers are like, "HW nahi karoge to mera kya hoga; mat karo; hum thori na bolenge ki karlo, etc"; teachers like these do not care about students this is because there is no level of strictness here as compared to teachers check the HW and also give proper punishment. So we should we respect our teachers and never abuse them; although this is a trend.

Allen teacher are good but allen management is worst they give you atleast 1 poor teacher and also allen k pass ache teachers ki kami ho gyi h kaafi teachers ne left kr diya and currently allen m 5 guna jyada admissions hue h 2019 k comparison mein
