Cal just spoke on Pat's passing on DNA's channel. These two became mad cool after this battle and Cal said losing Pat was like losing a family member. He said Pat had him against the ropes in this battle and that Pat was a real legend and amazing rapper.

Patstay was an absolute artist. He didn't give an inch during the confrontation, kept the pace and then diffused it in the follow up bars. Y'all see the dude with the white tee and dreadlocks go from full fight mode to cracking up in the back? That was a testament to this dude's prowess.

Sometimes the most alpha thing you can do, is keep a situation chill. Pat a real one.

Watching Calicoe go through puberty in the middle of a battle is wild.

Calicoe is by far the worst I've ever seen in a rap battle. He can't rap for shit, and his fake gangster swag is embarrassing to watch. Pat destroyed him, but that's hardly a compliment to Pat, as Calicoe was way below his level.

RIP Pat. This was a classic. Despite how this Battle went down I can tell Calicoe respected Pat by the third round seeing some of his reactions to Pats bars. It Made me happy seeing Calicoe post on Insta and Twitter showing respect after his death. They were cool with each other because GOATs recognize GOATs

The truth is, this is like any work enviroment. These emcees come here to do their job and get paid. You wanna scrap? Do that outside the venue and lets these fans get what they paid for. Calicoe was defending his boy Marvwon yeah? For what, because Pat got personal in a fucking rap battle? Isn't that the whole point? People spit personals all of the time. If you can't take it, battle rap probably aint your thing. Time to find a new job. And when the fuck did Pat "look shook"? He kept his cool the whole time despite Cal put his hands all up on him. Pat kept the peace and calmed everyone down like a professional. I could tell his blood was up in the 3rd after Cal almost knocked his hat off and shit was going down. Anybody's blood wouldve been up at that point but Pat kept it cool and finished what he came to do. I blame Organik and all the other hosts there for not settling the shit down way earlier when Cal was slapping him on the back and shit. They allowed it to escalate to that point. These promoters should be enforcing their rules and making these emcees keep their hands to themselves. Round 1 and 3, Pat Stay.

It's just a bitch move from a man who was getting out-barred and was desperately looking to stop the ass whooping that Pat gave him in the first round. Pat Stay on his worst day is a hundred times the battle rapper that Cal is on his best day. Cadence, flow, delivery, style, bars, multis, schemes, jokes, aggression, topics and stage presence. Pat Stay is better than Calicoe in every facet of battle rap. The only thing Calicoe is better at is being a belligerent, disrespectful, drunk during battles.
