We had about 6 hours to explore Kotor, Montenegro while on our Princess cruise around the Mediterranean. We chose to use a hop on hop off bus to get around the city and explore a little bit. Starting with the small fishing town of Perast where we took a boat to Lady of the Rock and then tried our first Perast cake!
We then ventured back into the old part of Kotor within the old city walls and explored all the shops and alleyways. Lunch was fantastic at Cesarica and we had some authentic Montenegrin food before attempting to find the old fortress and walking along the old city walls.
Kotor is a beautiful city and there's so much to see, do and eat! I wish we had more time to spend exploring on our vacation, but it was definitely a great cruise port and I am looking forward to visiting Montenegro again in the future. Filmed Oct 2022.
