kris was unfaithful to her husband. kourtney said she didn’t ever even want to get married bc her dad wasn’t here anymore to be there with her. and after being miserable with scott for over a decade and ending up with a man who clearly makes her happy and loved, and she married him three times… she’s roberts oldest and this is her first marriage. i think kourtney deserved the ring more than anyone.

I think Rob would be the most proud of kourtney to be honest. She knew him the longest of the kids and I think his death devastated Kourtney, you can tell in the really episodes that she was so mad at Kris for cheating on Robert and then to see that father die a slow death. She swore to next marry because her dad couldn't be there. She married Travis because he reminds her so much of her dad. I think it was the perfect gift to the perfect person.

It is Kris's ring that was given to her by Kourt's dad (Rob Sr) when they got married. What is Rob Jr going to do with that ring other than give it to whichever girl he proposes to next. Imagine the nightmare they will have to go through to get that ring back from the lady when she and Rob break up or divorce. That's why sentimental heir loom pieces should always go to the daughters. Now Kourt will keep it and can give it to Penelope when she is older.
