I’m a doula and this is common for child bearing women. This is something people don’t talk about. Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP) is when the pelvic organs (bladder, uterus, and/or rectum) push into the vaginal wall. The grade (or severity) is determined by how low into the vaginal wall one of the organs falls into the vaginal canal. Grade 1 is the least severe, while grade 4 is considered the most. Prolapse severity does NOT always equate to symptoms experienced. You could have a grade 1 pelvic organ prolapse and experience tons of symptoms (heaviness, bladder issues, etc.) while someone else has a grade 4 and experiences no symptoms at all.

I remember going into my first of two emergency c-sections and my doula & midwife were telling me all the things the c-section would prevent including preventing the pressure and stress of contractions from killing my IUGR baby… I still wasn’t ok. Then they mentioned vaginal prolapse and I was good to go 😂 I knew exactly what it meant but hadn’t considered it and I was absolutely terrified of it.

I used to be a manager for a group home and all the clients butt holes fell out. I made jokes with my ex and asked will he still love me when my butt falls out. I agree with Jess and understand both her and Dj Envys concerns with the bible being taught in schools. However, I believe it should be taught and should start earlier than grade 5. The 10 commandments should be posted in all classrooms. As Envy said, they’re basic life principals that all should follow anyway and some of them are actual laws. If we can teach lgbtq+ etc, sensitivity trainings for various cultural beliefs/religions then we certainly have the bible and its principals in schools as well. Especially since THIS country was founded on it. Other countries do this as it pertains to what that country was founded on.

Politics, Race and Religion have no place in grade school education when it comes to discussing ideology and theology. Those topics should be reserved for the college level . Girlll 😂😂. I don’t have kids yet, but I’m pretty sure it doesn’t just fall out 😂💀. I think you are referring to vaginal prolapse, where the pelvic muscles weaken and sag out of the normal position.
