Ingredients:
200 gr. sunflower seeds
100 gr. sesame seeds
180 gr. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. water
Fry sunflower and sesame seeds in a dry frying pan for 2-3 minutes.
Combine sugar with water and lemon juice. While stirring, heat the sugar until caramelized. Add seeds to hot caramel and mix thoroughly.
Immediately transfer the mass to silicone-coated baking paper (you can simply grease a regular parchment sheet with oil), smooth with a rolling pin and cut.
Cool and cut into pieces.
