This week KP sits down with Brent Montella. Brent is a Virginia Beach local who joined Sea Shore Realty, the family real estate business in 2006 owned and operated by his sister, Tracy Boswell. From the beginning, Brent has consistently ranked in the top tier of real estate agents in Hampton Roads receiving numerous awards for his production, but Brent’s biggest inspiration doesn’t come from commissions but relationships.
