Seriously Hoa needs to dissappear what a waste of office space

The 12 homeowners have a reasonable expectation here. HOA fees should pay for the new brick/concrete fence.

The HOA will use the homeowner's dues to fight against the very people it is supposed to serve, that's crazy.

Texas doesn't need some government agency to deal with this. It's just a contract, sue them.

If I was those 12 home owners I would all get together and redo the wall to our liking since the HOA already said they aren't responsible for the wall. Which means I would paint some outrageous color to piss them off. Their rules I just abide by them....

If the wall is not part of the property purchased as noted in the deed and the survey the hoa is in the wrong. Sue them.

Why do y’all buy homes in an HOA? It’s never a good move and half the time the people running it are out of state lol

Unbelievable, an HOA that blatantly changed the exterior of the Common Area's and can't believe they are being held to the standard they demand of the residents!

Surprises me how many people allow other people to dictate to them via HOA's what they can or cannot do with their own property and also pay the HOA's for the privilege + fines HOA's should be looking after the publicly accessible parts of the neighbourhood at the most They have way too much say in what people can or cannot do with their own property No way on this earth would I ever live in a property that had an HOA I would live right next door to one and find out their laws they have for the HOA and blatantly break every single one of them just to P them off knowing they cannot do a single thing about it

HOAs are not living up to their obligations. They damn sure collect and pocket those dues.

Call this HOA out! It needs to replace the wall. If it wasn't in the budget, figure it out with the homeowners. Yes, it sucks paying for these things but work it out amicably. It is in the best interest of the property and neighborhood.

I WILL never live in an HOA subdivision.

I got same exact issue with the HOA They don’t wait to repair the sharing wall, that wall was hit by random driver His INC paid the HOA $7500 for that repairs Now the HOA 4 months refuse to repair it !! I need the media to step up and put that on TV Arizona HOA is bad 😢

Well, at least you don't have 85 percent of renters like we do. They park behind not only their garages which are fire lanes, but behind my garage and assigned parking spaces that belong to others. They break every law and rule you can think of. Then call you racist when you ask them to move their cars, or put dogs on leashes, or abide by any other law. Did I mention we have shootings at least once a month too. HOA just says" not our responsibility.Renters can do what they want!"

I would just sell my home.
