Really respect what Musa is doing for the Nigerian premier league. Other Nigerian players who no longer play at a high level should follow him. This would increase popularity for our domestic league
I concur! It is a good example that he is setting! A lot of Brazilian footballers who had previously played in Europe, do return to play in the Brazilian league! Ahmed Musa absolutely schooled the Rangers defence. Big ups to the referee. Such fearless unbiased officiating isn't commonly seen in Nigeria. And props to my team, Rangers, for showing a bit of pride in the second half.
Musa really showed his worth as an ex-super eagles star. The rangers player that scored those 2 long range shots is a star as well. However, the second penalty against Rangers FC is not a penalty, I don't know what the referee was thinking, just bcos she saw a player falling to the ground, she blew her whistle, signaling penalty kick. Rangers FC really need to work on their defenses like the right wing back and the central full back positions. No wonder they crashed out of the CAF champions league so early.

musa still balling is exciting and lovely to watch. i hope pilar fans are watching how they were awarded two penalty and won a game away and nobody fight. NPFL improving and we love a game free of voilence and it makes the return leg a thing to watch out for. UP 9JA

Where these is no VAR, penalties are bound to be an issue. I respect the refs cos she took control of the game and will not yield to nonsense. Great game. The better side won. Period.
The Ref shouldn’t be made to handle any match again. She killed the game with the soft penalties. This is the reason many fans don’t like to watch the NPL because it’s full of corruption
The 2nd Pen was awful from the Ref… The Kano Pillars GoalKeeper was very poor, was his feet nailed to the ground? Good game nonetheless, the Administrators should stop being lazy and work towards fillip up every stadium, Rangers and Pillars are 2 clubs that should be commanding crowds
Fearless female referee The two penalties were stonewall penalties even though Ahmed Musa was late to go down for the second one but he was clearly impeded. Awful goalkeeping by Pillars keeper. I can see Rabiu Musa played 90 minutes.
The Ref was very bias. The first penalty was controversial and the second was unnecessary and false. Musa is supposed to be correcting the abnormality, no enjoying and basking in the fame of falsehood
They have 8 minutes added time Kano Pilars coach got sent off and after two minutes of argument with the refreee he went out Musa also fell down and received treatment for 3 minutes and the referee had to end the match at 8 minutes Omo Nigeria refs eh
